Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students:
Welcome back to school. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Suzy Ocampo and I am honored to be your child’s teacher. I am really excited to partner with you in educating your child this year. This is my second year of teaching here at Kerman Christian School. I am looking forward to working with you and your child in reaching his/her full potential. We will have many wonderful experiences and opportunities to learn and grow in the days ahead.
I believe that communication is the key to a great parent-teacher relationship I will be sending home a monthly newsletter that will update you on anything that is going on in class. You may also visit our class website for updates. If you need to contact me, I can usually be reached at the school from 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. You may also call and leave a message with the secretary and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to e-mail me at ocampo@kermanchristianschool.org. I check my emails several times a day. If we need to meet, please let me know ahead of time (if possible) so that I can plan for it.
Please feel free to participate in your child’s class as much as you are able. Helping hands are always needed, whether it is reading a story to the class, helping with field trips or class parties, or any other participation that will enrich our classroom experiences. I looking forward to meeting all of you. You are welcomed in my classroom at any time and I want to hear from you if you have any suggestions, comments, concerns, or ideas. I appreciate your support. Together we can make this a great year for all of us!
